Needs Analysis: What is the purpose of the facility ?
This phase includes a comprehensive review of the requirements with you, your architect, interior designer or the facilities planner. The QCTV project team conducts a thorough needs analysis with key personnel/end users to ensure the scope of the project is perfectly designed.

Conceptual Design: Spatial and systems modeling.
The audiovisual system plans that we produce join all elements that require careful coordination. These include interior and architectural requirements, electrical, noise restraint, lighting and other building elements. Our plans are in concert with all these factors.

Implementation & Management: Engineering, fabrication and installation.
In this phase, vision and design become a reality. Equipment and material purchase, custom fabrication and assembly, programming, pre-installation testing, on-site installation and post-installation testing are critical fundamentals. Our system engineers, project managers and technicians coordinate with your team and the other trades so the project is done on time and within budget.

Delivering your presentation and communications environment.
Upon completion and client approval, comprehensive training is scheduled. QCTV prepares a system manual with diagrams that thoroughly explain how to operate each component.
