QCTV is a Houston based audio-visual company currently has an opening for an experienced AV/RF field installer as an Installation Technician Level 2 for the Dallas area.

Installation Technician Level 2 Experience:

• Qualified candidates will have at least 3+ years experience installing, integrating, setting up and performing basic programming for A/V systems.
• Must have experience with standard electronic test equipment and low voltage systems. Knowledge and experience with Audio Systems, LCD projection, computer systems, RF systems, reading and interpreting design schematics & construction plans as well as construction procedures a plus.
• Preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and modifying existing systems will also be routine.
• The successful candidate should demonstrate good customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task.
• Job experience should demonstrate that this individual is able to take on tasks with little supervision, exercise good judgment in performing these tasks and complete them in a quick and efficient manner.
• Proficiency with desktop computer software such as email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Visio.
• Must have demonstrated ability to communicate well by written and spoken word in English.

Responsibilities: The Installation Technician Level 2 is responsible for various installation activities including, but not limited to: pre-wire on new and retrofit construction, installation of audio, video, RF distribution system installation, satellite system installation, setup of control, pick up of supplies and materials and other duties. This position will be on a job site with and or without direct supervision.

Reporting Relationships: This position will be reporting to the Project Manager and may be supervised by a Team Leader on a job site.

Requirements: Valid Texas Driver's License

Compensation: This position is a full time position with a competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
