Below is a list of just a few of the people who make our company exceptional.  We are very proud to have put together a team of professionals who are knowledgeable, capable, and dedicated to making your project the functional, effective and state-of-the-art facility that you expect.

 

Tom Palmer – Vice-President COO

Tom has been an electrician since 1968, became licensed as a Journeyman Electrician in the City of Dallas, Texas in 1972.  In 1976, he earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from TEXAS A&M University.  As a Project Engineer for Texas Instruments, he headed a regional team, responsible for design and construction management of energy management systems in TI plants world wide. This experience and knowledge of Commercial Building Code, National Electrical Code and common building practices are advantageous in the installation of systems in commercial facilities.

 

Jim Trebes – Corporate & Government Sales - Houston

Jim has 30 years of experience in technology service and sales. His resume includes 20 years as a Service Manager for IBM prior to entering the AV industry in 1993. Jim's service centered philosphy is to determine and meet every customer's needs and expectations on every project. Jim believes each customer should believe they are QCTV's most important customer.

 

Bob Rogers – K-12 Education Sales - Houston

Bob has over 20 years of experience in specialty electronics and telecommunication sales. With QCTV, Bob's goal is to make every customer's experience positive, from the initial sales call, to the final training and maintenance of the new system. According to Bob, "QCTV customers should feel as if they are the most important customer QCTV has."

 

Michael Reilly – System Integration Group Manager

20 years experience the field of electronics, 15 years in the design, installation, customer relations, resources and installation management of Audio/Visual Programs.  Certifications in AMX programming.  Eight years experience writing training manuals, operator manuals, maintenance manuals and providing training to operators.

 

Chris Palmer –  Broadband System Group Operations Mgr

10 years experience the Broadband Distribution and DirecTV installations. SBCA Certification. Gilat VSAT training and LodgeNet Hotel installation experience.

 

Jim Garry –  Major Project Manager - Dallas 

26 years experience in CATV Distribution, Paging/Clock/Bell and Audio Video system installation and service.  Since inception of the Company he has been involved in all systems and projects.
