La. Non-Gaming Permit #P086502636 QCTV
received PERMIT #P086502636 from State of Louisiana as a NON-GAMING
SUPPLIER, authorizing QC TV Corp. to provide non-gaming goods and services to any Casino Gaming Operator or Gaming Licensee in the State of Louisiana through 2010.
6/23/05 - QCTV approved as
Louisiana Contractor #43555 QC TV Corp. received
notification of approval from the Louisiana State Licensing Board
for Contractors. QCTV is now authorized to perform
telecommunications projects in the State of Louisiana under
Contractor License #43555
12/15/04 - QCTV awarded Lovejoy
HS technology, Lucas, TX QCTV was awarded the
installation contract for the Audio Video Technology Systems
including Paging, Stadium Sound, CATV (broadband RF), &
Auditorium Sound systems by Pogue Construction in conjunction with
Huckabee Architects for the new $31 million High School in Lovejoy
ISD, the first in this district.
11/15/04 - QCTV to integrate
Crestron's Quick Media in meeting facility for Hunt Petroleum.
Houston, TX QCTV was awarded the installation contract
to install the presentation control system in a new training
facility for Hunt Petroleum offices in Houston, TX. The system
includes Crestron QM-FTDC flip-top data center with integrated
pushbuttons, computer interface and network connections. The
Crestron QM series allows distribution of computer VGA video,
S-Video, composite video and associated audio plus CresNet control
over CrestCAT (Category 5e) cable.
9/30/04 - QCTV completes
renovation and upgrade of AMX system in HP HEOC Boardroom, Houston
,TX. QCTV completed a fast track upgrade project at HP's
Houston Enterprise Operation Center Boardroom in two weeks. The
project entailed separating existing equipment control from AMX
Accent3 system in the Command & Control Center without
disrupting operations. An AMX NETLinx NI-3000 controller and Modero
touch panels were installed to control the Polycom VS-4000 video
conferencing, Clear One XAP Audio conferencing and Audio & Video
routing systems connected to both a projector and remote Plasma
screen.
7/30/04 - QCTV completes Spring
Branch ISD 4,000 seat Coliseum Sound System upgrade. Houston,
TX QC TV Corp.'s audio experts designed and implemented
the renovation of the Sound System in the 4,000 seat Don Coleman
Coliseum for Spring Branch ISD. The sound system was original
equipment in the facility, built in 1974. The Altec Lansing
Tube-type amplifiers were replaced with a combination of Crown
CTs-600, CTs-1200 & CTs-2000 amplifiers driving EAW MK5266 &
MK5296 speakers with EAW SB528Pi subwoofers. The system is
pushbutton configurable with appropriate levels and audio delays for
different venue arrangements using a Symetrix Symnet 8x8 DSP with
additional 12-output box. Those arrangements include the default
sporting events of basketball and volleyuball, plus two graduation
arrangements and a unique configuration to accommodate orchestra
performances.
5/26/04 - QCTV Commissions
Oil Rig System Corpus Christi, TX QCTV attended the
commissioning ceremony to launch Conoco-Phillips new off-shore oil
rig named the Magnolia Project. QCTV was asked to provide the
new rig with an entertainment system for the crew. The system
required an auto tracking satellite system to receive DirecTV
television signals at sea. QCTV?s expertise in CATV
distribution was critical to delivering the signals to the rig. This
included audio over FM radio frequency to the "Bed Heads", with
provision for Emergency Alert System Audio and Video override in
case of a crisis. The system was also updated at the last
moment to provide monitoring of 4 rig cameras over the entertainment
system. QCTV also designed and installed the paging system for
the rig.
5/18/04 - QCTV Awarded Contract
to Fit Out Vinton, LA Off Track Betting Facility QCTV
has been awarded the contract to provide design and installation
service for Delta Downs Racetrack's new off track betting
facility. The track will require sophisticated CATV
distribution with attractive and effective audiovisual equipment for
their patrons.
5/15/04 - QCTV Completes 5
Schools in New Braunfels, TX QCTV has just completed the
punch list and turned over the Broadband & A-V systems for 5
schools, Primary through High School, in the New Braunfels
Independent School District. The schools each have extensive
CATV distribution to bring television to each of the classrooms, a
KeyWest MediaXtreme based school information channel, and complete
multi-media outlets for composite audio-video presentation
capability in each classroom. Each school also has a remote
origination broadcast cart to allow any TV outlet to become a
school-wide broadcast origination point.
12/3/03 - $400,000 Katy ISD
Educational Service Center Project in Katy, TX completed by QCTV in
65 Days QCTV was awarded the contract to help the Katy
Independent School District outfit their new Education Service
Center with state-of-the-art audio-visual presentation equipment in
the Board of Education's Boardroom, Private meeting and a
multi-room, moving partition and configurable training room.
Working hand in hand with the other contractors, QCTV was able to
complete this complicated installation within its budgeted time-line
of 65 days.
